Projects Administrator - Temporary contract (6 months)

We are seeking an enthusiastic team player to join our projects team at Constant Power Services.

Job purpose and responsibilities

Oversee the data input between Sales & Projects departments systems.
Cover all administrative duties relating to the project team.
Carry out any ad-hoc work duties
Support the team

Job description

Processing of customer orders
Raising of Purchase orders, Sales orders, Sales Returns, job reports and covering letters.
Entering all of the Projects information on the relevant Constant Power Services systems
Creating a customer job file, saving all relevant Constant Power Services & customer information in the correct location
Ordering goods from approved suppliers
General admin & office duties.

Required knowledge and experience

Sage 200
Salesforce
Microsoft Word & Excel
Excellent customer service
Switchboard operations
Excellent telephone techniques
Adaptable and flexible in their approach to work
Work under own initiative
Must have good attention to detail & work well on their own & as a member of a team.

 

Qualifications

GCSE (or equivalent) in Math’s & English
Qualifications or training in the required experience preferred.

Works well under pressure
Can meet customer deadlines
The job holder may be required to perform other duties deemed necessary by Constant Power Services Management.

  • Based in our Letchworth office this role is 37.5 hrs per week
  • Mon-Thursday 8:30-17:00 and Friday 8:30-14:00
  • 21 days holiday
  • Enrolment in to the company pension scheme (after 3 months)
