Projects Manager

Constant Power Services require a Projects Manager to oversee the day to day running of the Projects Department as well as project management of a number of more complex projects.

JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES

To manage the Projects Department (Project Engineers and Projects Administrator).

Deal with any issues that arise from the planning of the projects jobs involving: site, customer, suppliers, CPS personnel and Subcontractors.

To monitor, collate and report on the KPI’s, budgets/accounts and performance of the Projects Department and implement any improvements and update as necessary.

Staff appraisals, disciplinaries, meetings

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Personnel Management, UPS Experience, working on Customer’s sites (Construction, Data Centre, Healthcare, IT)

Electrical & electronics, customer care, personnel and Project Management. Sage experience beneficial.

QUALIFICATIONS

GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths & English, ONC (or equivalent) in Electronic Engineering.

Management

Full clean driving license.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

Must be well organised, good communicator who works well under pressure & who can meet customer deadlines/expectations.

The job holder will be required to perform other duties deemed necessary by CPS Management.
